The killer-Deryl Dedmon (19) faces trail for a hate crime against James Anderson (47) in June of 2011. Dedmon ran over Anderson and killed him because he was Black. Teen could face life in prison for capital murder. Dedmon was accompanied by friends who claimed to be absent at the time of the hit and run.
